Elisha Palacios

Elisha is a Rolf Structural Integration Practioner,  and a 500 hr Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) in Classical Hatha Yoga and Ayurveda.  She is also certified in Bach Flower Essences.

Elisha has recently graduated from TensegrityU in Nevada City, CA. 

Elisha is taking clients through the 10 series of the Rolf Method Recipe at $175 for 90 mins intro session and $135 for 75 mins thereafter. Please inquire for more details. Elisha can see you in the Pasadena office.
